Identity verification: Aadhaar number (for partners, sellers, and riders), PAN (for payouts above threshold), and selfie for face match.
Transaction data: Purchase history, bid history, payment methods, wallet balance, and payout records.
Device and usage data: Device model, OS version, app version, IP address, approximate location (GPS when permitted), and in-app activity logs.
Communications: In-app chat messages, support tickets, and feedback you submit.

With other users: Your display name and approximate location are visible to other users during transactions. Phone numbers are never shared directly — communication happens through in-app chat or masked calling.
With service providers: Payment processors (Razorpay, Juspay), SMS providers (MSG91, MTalkz), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare), and analytics tools receive limited data necessary to provide their services.
With authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers in India. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. We conduct regular security audits and follow OWASP guidelines.
5. Location Data
We collect location data to show nearby listings, calculate delivery distances, and match riders with orders. You can control location permissions through your device settings. Disabling location may limit certain features.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Our web platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics data is collected in anonymized form.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax and commercial law. You can request deletion of your account at any time — we will delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

9. Children's Privacy
ShopQ is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via SMS. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
