Do I need a website or a Shopify store to sell on ShopQ?
No. ShopQ gives you a shop page with your photos, products and prices that you can share by link or QR code. An own-website store such as Shopify suits brands that will bring their own traffic; ShopQ brings buyers nearby to you without building or marketing a site. You can run both.
Can a neighbourhood shop sell like Zepto, Blinkit or Swiggy Instamart?
Quick-commerce apps mostly deliver from their own stock, so an independent shop usually cannot list there. ShopQ is built for that shop: buyers nearby find you, order or ask, and you hand over yourself or book a rider when the order is ready.
How is ShopQ different from Google Business Profile, Justdial or Yellow Pages?
Those are listings: they help people find your name and phone number. ShopQ adds the deal itself — buyer requests, offers, live bidding, chat, a handover code and ratings from real buyers. Keep your Google profile and link it to your ShopQ page.
What can I sell on ShopQ?
New and second-hand goods, shop catalogues, local services, home-cooked food and tiffins, rentals, event and travel bookings, and digital items such as coupons and passes. Fresh-produce and food brands can apply to Fresh & Pure.
How do buyers find my shop?
Buyers see sellers within their radius first, so you reach your own neighbourhood without an ad budget. Buyer requests ("plumber today", "camera under ₹50K") reach matching sellers nearby, and your public shop page can be shared on WhatsApp, Instagram or YouTube and found by search engines.
What does selling on ShopQ cost?
Listing is free and there is no fee on the sale today — no percentage and no flat charge. Optional services such as verification, plans or promoted listings may be paid, and are always priced before you choose them. Details: shopq.ai/pricing.

How do I find shops near me on ShopQ?
Open Shops and set your location. ShopQ shows the shops within the distance you choose, nearest first, with their hours and what they sell.
Does ShopQ deliver the order?
No. ShopQ connects you with the shop. Some shops deliver themselves; otherwise you pick up. The shop page says which.
Can my shop be listed on ShopQ?
Yes, free. A shop owner opens a shop from the ShopQ app or shopq.ai in a few minutes.
Fresh & Pure: verified organic and fresh brands
What does Verified mean on Fresh & Pure?
ShopQ has checked the brand's document, such as an NPOP organic certificate or a lab report, with its issuer. The badge shows only while that document is valid.
How do Fresh & Pure deliveries work?
Each brand opens delivery days for the communities it serves. You order before the cutoff, and the brand delivers on that day.
How can my brand join Fresh & Pure?
Apply from the app with your documents. ShopQ reviews them, and your brand goes live once admitted.
Home food and tiffins from kitchens near you
How does ordering home food on ShopQ work?
A kitchen opens a cooking day for the communities it serves. You order before it closes, and on that day the cook delivers or you collect.
Are the home kitchens checked?
Cooks can add their FSSAI registration and verify their identity. The kitchen page shows what was checked, and reviews from neighbours.
I cook at home. Can I sell on ShopQ?
Yes, free. Create your kitchen in the app, photograph your menu card, and open your first cooking day.
Plumbers, electricians, salons and home services near you
How do I book a service on ShopQ?
Open Services, pick a provider, choose the service and a free slot. The provider confirms the booking.
Do I pay ShopQ when I book?
No. Nothing is paid at booking; you pay the professional directly for the work.
Can I list my service business?
Yes, free. Add your services, hours and team in the app and start taking bookings.
Rent instead of buying, from people nearby
How does renting on ShopQ work?
Find an item, ask the owner for your dates and agree the handover. You pay the owner directly.
Who holds the rental deposit?
The owner, if they ask for one. ShopQ does not hold money.
Can I put my things up for rent?
Yes, free. Add a photo, a price per day and an optional deposit in the app.

How does buying second-hand on ShopQ work?
Find an item near you, bid or buy, then meet the seller. You pay them directly once you have checked the item.
What is the Meet Code?
A four-digit code the buyer shows at handover. The seller enters it, and the sale is recorded as done.
How do I sell something on ShopQ?

How do I book a trip on ShopQ?
